Kutumb

We feel proud to introduce our Group Housing Project under "Government's Affordable Housing Policy" named "Kutumb", designed by JSR group and build by Excella Infrazone LLP at Lucknow-Sultanpur Road. Kutumb is situated on Indira Canal Road which will be shortly known by "Kishan Path" connecting two Major National Highways - Lucknow - Faizabad Road to Lucknow - Sultanpur Road through 75 meter wide road.

Affordable housing policy

In order to cater the Middle Class Segment housing needs with a Yearly income bracket of (3 Lacs - 9 Lacs) , government planed for affordable housing policy. Under this policy government will increase affordable housing by Public Private Partnership (PPP Model), where Government is offering discount and incentives to builders, in order to set affordable pricing for buyers. On the other hand for the buyers government is not charging any service tax applicable on the flat cost and also exempting the additional development charges. The Government may also come up with partial or full relaxation on registry charges (As off now only a proposal, no confirmation) to maintain affordable pricing for the buyers. Buyers opting for housing loan also have the provision of subsidy in the interest rate for different income slabs.
